<image:title>Power2Workers - California Construction Compliance is focused on supporting contractors and empowering workers through prevailing wage compliance and local hire. We have developed clear policies and procedures to execute our work and a model of collaboration with our workforce development partners on community engagement. To maximize our effectiveness in local hire and leverage all resources available to us to do so, we have set up a non-profit 501C3 Power2Workers “sister company” to manage our local hire outreach, community engagement, placement and support for placed workers. California Construction Compliance will retain all scopes of prevailing wage compliance and regulatory obligations. This separation of duties will allow each entity to focus on its specific mission while supporting each other fully in its shared scope of services and commitment to its clients.
