Who We Are

California Construction Compliance is a women-owned, women-led labor compliance firm dedicated to supporting the construction industry. We ensure projects meet all local, state, and federal requirements, helping developers and contractors stay compliant from start to finish.

Founded in 2019 as a mother-daughter team, we have grown into a thriving small business grounded in expertise, integrity, and innovation. Our team specializes in navigating California’s complex construction policies and building efficient compliance systems for our clients. We leverage modern tools, including LCPtracker and SharePoint, to streamline reporting, improve accuracy, and reduce administrative burden for contractors and subcontractors.

Our sister organization, Power2Workers, extends this impact by connecting the next generation of construction workers to meaningful employment opportunities. Through our compliance monitoring for Project Labor Agreements, local hire programs, and Federal Section 3 requirements, we help ensure equitable access to jobs. Power2Workers is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

What We Do

Prevailing wage Services Provided

Pre-Development

We attend meetings with Client and review prevailing wage compliance requirements from governing agencies, summarize and present to Clients. We work with governing agencies to establish prevailing wage determination timely, so wages can be priced with estimates.

Pre-Construction

Develop bid documents which relay all prevailing wage requirements including agency forms, apprenticeship required forms with instructions on submission and applicable prevailing wage determinations.

Set up mandatory bidder’s conference and present all prevailing wage requirements to bidders. Answer any questions. Prepare prime contract, subcontract and development agreement attachments detailing prevailing wage guidelines and requirements.

Once first round of subcontractors is selected, Set up a Work Day with subcontractor’s compliance people. This will be one day where all parties come together to complete forms.
