Ana Alexander, Vice President
We’re proud to announce the promotion of Ana Alexander to Vice President at California Construction Compliance.
Ana has been a valued member of our team for the last six years, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication, and a deep commitment to our mission. Over the years, Ana has played a key role in building the business, including leading the research and professional development to remain up to date with compliance laws and practices, working closely with clients, prime contractors, subcontractors and the team to drive meaningful growth and success across the organization.
In this role, Ana studies policies and works with governing agencies and industry leaders to build the organization’s knowledge database, she leads trainings, policies & procedures for the compliance team, oversees projections and staffing, develops policies and procedures to benefit the organization, lead company culture with other executives, act as a main point of contact for clients and public agencies alongside team, continuing to build on her strong track record of performance and leadership.

Chevon Underwood, Chief Financial Officer
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Chevon Underwood as Chief Financial Officer of California Construction Compliance.
Chevon brings extensive experience in financial leadership, with a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in driving financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term business objectives.
As Chief Financial Officer, Chevon will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while also leading company culture and human resources. She will work closely with the executive team to support our continued growth and ensure the long-term financial strength of the organization.
Chevon previously served as Business Manager at California Construction Compliance, where she led organizational systems, marketing, contract management, and both client and employee relations. Her leadership over the past two years has been instrumental in the company’s sustained growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Philander Smith University.
We are excited about the leadership and expertise Chevon brings to this role and look forward to her continued contributions.
